In 2014, the Alice Rivaz Association launched Prix Alice Rivaz, a triennial literary prize in memory of the novelist. It rewards a work of fiction that questions the representation of social categories, of women in particular. The prize amounts to CHF 5000 and the jury comprises five members who meet every year to list selected works, and every three years to award the prize.
The prize aims to promote contemporary Swiss literary writings in French, and to build bridges between the past and the present, creating ties between Alice Rivaz' works and ongoing literary productions.
